Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Vibelo (getvibelo.com and the Vibelo app) you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use Vibelo.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Provide accurate info and keep your login secure.
• You're responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

• Be kind. No harassment, hate speech, threats, or doxxing.
• No spam, scraping, reverse-engineering, or automated abuse.
• No illegal content, sexual content involving minors, or violence.
• Don't misrepresent yourself, a venue, or an event.

4. Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant Vibelo a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it inside the product. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.

5. Events and venues

• Organizers are responsible for their event, registrants' data, refunds, and on-site safety.
• Venue partners are responsible for the accuracy of listings, promotions, and offers they publish.
• Vibelo provides the platform, not the event or the venue experience itself.

6. Payments

• Paid features (organizer plans, premium venue tools, ticketing) are billed via Stripe or Paystack.
• Fees are shown at checkout. Taxes may apply.
• Refunds for tickets are handled by the organizer per their policy.

7. Third-party services

Vibelo integrates with services like Google Maps, Stripe, Paystack, and email providers. Their terms apply to your use of those integrations.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms or put others at risk. You can delete your account any time by emailing support@getvibelo.com.

9. Disclaimers

Vibelo is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee matches, attendance, revenue, or uninterrupted service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Vibelo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months (or ₦10,000 if you paid nothing).

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here and, when appropriate, communicated in-app.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are subject to the courts of Lagos.
